We were delighted to be part of the Evwaah Weavers Exhibition held at Firewater Neo Bar & Kitchen, Financial District, Hyderabad. This vibrant two-day exhibition, conducted on April 4th and 5th, 2026, brought together artisans, designers, and handloom enthusiasts under one roof to celebrate India’s rich textile traditions.
The event was inaugurated by renowned actress and philanthropist Amala Akkineni, whose presence added grace and significance to the occasion. The exhibition was thoughtfully organized by socialite Alekhya Reddy, with a vision to create a platform that supports and promotes handloom weavers. At the event, Utkalamrita showcased the best of Orissa Ikat, highlighting the craftsmanship and heritage of our skilled artisans. With fewer people continuing in the weaving profession today, we are committed to supporting our weavers by promoting their art across India and globally.

Day 1 saw a great response with curious and engaged customers exploring our Orissa Ikat collections and appreciating the craftsmanship behind each piece.
Day 2 brought in happy and satisfied customers, with many making thoughtful purchases and leaving with a deeper connection to handloom traditions.
Participating in the Evwaah Exhibition was not just an opportunity to present our collections, but also a meaningful step towards raising awareness about the importance of preserving handloom traditions. We are grateful to have been part of an initiative that celebrates culture, empowers artisans, and connects heritage with modern audiences.
